Description
We're looking for dependable, detail-oriented Administrative Volunteers to support our office and outreach efforts in San Jose. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy staying organized, working behind the scenes, and making a meaningful impact in their community.
As an Administrative Volunteer, you'll help our team complete essential projects that keep our programs running efficiently and support marketing campaigns that help us reach more milk donors and families.
Responsibilities may include:
- Filing and organizing office records and documents
- Stuffing envelopes and preparing mailings
- Assembling outreach and educational materials
- Fulfilling marketing campaign materials and promotional kits
- Preparing donor and community event packets
- Data entry and general administrative support
- Assisting with inventory of marketing and office supplies
- Supporting special events and community outreach projects as needed
Qualifications
We're looking for volunteers who are:
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Comfortable performing routine administrative tasks
- Able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
- Positive, professional, and willing to work as part of a team
- Proficient with basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is helpful but not required)
Time Commitment
- Flexible weekday volunteer opportunities available.
- We welcome recurring volunteers as well as those able to assist with one-time projects.
- Volunteer shifts are typically 2–4 hours, depending on project needs.
