We’re on a mission to promote physical and emotional wellness and spread a little kindness everywhere we go! Join us to have fun, get some exercise and spread joy throughout our community.

Our vision is to build healthier, more connected communities by combining physical activity with hands-on service projects — fostering friendships, civic pride, and personal well-being along the way. We organize live events where participants walk or run, help with a local volunteer service opportunity and celebrate after, getting physical fitness, civic engagement, and meaningful social connection through shared purpose and movement.
