Genius School, Inc. is seeking dedicated and compassionate volunteers who are passionate about supporting students and strengthening our school community. Volunteers play an important role in helping us provide a safe, engaging, and enriching learning environment while advancing our mission of accelerating student success academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and culturally.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers and staff with classroom activities and learning support.
• Help supervise students during lunch, recess, field trips, and school events.
• Provide tutoring or mentoring to students as needed.
• Support administrative tasks, including organizing materials and preparing classrooms.
• Assist with special events, fundraisers, and community outreach programs.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and welcoming environment for students, families, and staff.
• Follow school policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children and supporting education.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff, students, and families.
• Must successfully complete any required background checks before volunteering.
