Description
Restoration of an old Chapel in Clarendon, VT-See details. The job will over the spend of one year Part-Time. We need someone who is familiar with Historic Regulations and Guidelines. Experience in History Renovation, museum.
Core Responsibilities

- Budgeting: Estimate costs and track expenses to stay within financial limits.
- Team Leadership: Assign tasks, guide team members, and remove blockers.
- Risk Management: Find potential issues early and create backup plans.

Key Qualifications
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience managing projects in a related field.
- Skills: Strong organization, problem-solving, leadership, and tool proficiency (like MS Project, Asana, or Jira).
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, management, or a specialized technical field.
- Certifications: Credentials like PMP (Project Management Professional) or Scrum Master are often preferred.
